UX DESIGNER · RESEARCHER · STRATEGIC THINKER
I turn human insight into thoughtful digital experiences.
I’m Ingrid – a product designer who looks beyond what people say to understand the context, behavior, and connections shaping what they need.

SELECTED WORK
Different problems. One habit: look closer.
These projects show how research, collaboration, and careful interpretation can change the direction of a product.

INFORMATION ARCHITECTURE · SOLO PROJECT
Balanced Lens
Traditional news structures can overwhelm users and leave little room for personal context.
One bilingual card-sorting session challenged the default hierarchy and inspired a more customizable, user-controlled approach to navigation.
DIRECTION SHAPED
A testable information-architecture concept centered on relevance, agency, and bias awareness.

PRODUCT DESIGN · TEAM LEAD
Aventi
Leisure planning must work across different interests, budgets, schedules, and social styles.
I guided a team through several possible solutions, using research to uncover the deeper needs underneath them and focus our direction toward a high-fidelity MVP.
TEAM OUTCOME
Two prioritized flows, tested with four participants, and a clearer product direction.

RESEARCH · INFORMATION ARCHITECTURE
WooMe
Furniture sites often organize products around retail systems rather than how people understand their homes.
Card sorting revealed a gap between what participants said and how they actually organized information, pointing to a more flexible way to structure the browsing experience.
DESIGN RESPONSE
A dual-path navigation model supporting room-first and product-first browsing.
MY PERSPECTIVE
The most useful insight is often the one that was not said out loud.
Moving between languages, industries, and communities taught me to listen for context—not only answers. In my design work, that means noticing contradictions, testing assumptions, and making room for more than one way of seeing a problem.
HOW I CONTRIBUTE
Research clarity, product thinking, and collaborative momentum
Understand
Plan research, frame questions, and uncover patterns in behavior.
Translate
Turn findings into priorities, information architecture, and product decisions.
Align
Help teams work through ambiguity with clear communication and shared direction.
