So honored you came to visit my portfolio ✨

I have over 10 years of work experience in industries that range from food and beverage to network secutiry and non profits in the agricutlure space. I’ve always been a lover of people. Of understanding where, how, and why people do what they do. In my spare time I can be found nerding out over a science podcast learning about birds, trees and how they relate to the human experience. Finding the interconnectedness in all things. 

That curiosity eventually led me to want to explore how technology was built around the human experience. Being exposed to tech start ups and leaders in the tech space like Amazon I learned how to bring my skills in business strategy and customer experience training into the design space as a human centered design thinker. 

In 2023 I ventured into creative ventures focused on helping people heal through meditation, mindfulness and holistic healing practices. Being solely responsible for the marketing, branding and execution of building my brand ignited a passion for learning more about the design process that came natural to me as I enrolled and thrived in the UT-Austin UX/UI Bootcamp finishing Top 2 in my 2024 cohort. 

Throughout the bootcamp I discovered that I am facinated by the research and strategy component of the design process. Doing user research and finding insights helps me feel like I’m tapping into bettering the human experience by listening deeply to find clues to create a more inclusive experience for all. My design strengths lie in being able to observe how users interact with technology and imagine how they could be experienced by other populations. 

When I’m not reading or listening to podcasts or audiobooks on mindfulness, design thinking or teaching a yoga class you can find me at your local salsa dancing social. I love to dance with my hadphones on in the park with my pup Meenu and currently training for a half marathon.
